A feel for Madison Park, Leschi & Madrona

Madison Park, Leschi and Madrona share Lake Washington, steep terrain and residential streets. Think of a shoreline-oriented half-day, with one place to walk and one place to eat.

Madison Street is a useful mental line from the central city toward the lake. Choose the beach or waterfront stretch first, then build around it instead of trying to cover all three neighborhoods.

Shape your day

  1. Choose one beach or waterfront walk.

  2. Add a scenic residential route or park.

  3. Finish with a neighborhood meal, then return by transit or car.
