A feel for Magnolia

Discovery Park is the main reason to come to Magnolia. Its scale, Sound views and position on the city’s edge make it a complete outing.

Magnolia Boulevard is the second anchor: a walk, run or cycle along the bluffs, with Elliott Bay views and a natural connection toward Discovery Park. The Village is smaller than Ballard or Queen Anne’s commercial centers. Its appeal is local—restaurants, shops and everyday gathering places.

Shape your day

  1. Start in the Village for coffee or supplies.

  2. Walk or cycle Magnolia Boulevard for the views and residential character.

  3. Spend the main block of the day in Discovery Park.

  4. Return to the Village for Purple Salt or another neighborhood dinner.
